With over 11 years of experience in the construction industry, our Director, Ruairi (Rory) Taylor has now created a successful building company, Indepth Building Solutions.
Through his previous service as a carpenter and a construction manager in a highly successful local renovation company, Ruairi developed a keen understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and quality workmanship. Ruairi was motivated to create a building company that embodies the importance of customer satisfaction.
To support this vision Ruairi carefully selects his team of contractors and employees. His team is passionate, thorough and good natured. This helps Indepth Building Solutions to meet client expectations, consistently deliver a high quality product and provide the best service.
With a high level of direct day-to-day engagement with their clients, Indepth Building Solutions takes a hands-on approach to project management. We also employ project management programs designed to help clients stay involved as their project evolves. At any time, clients can view progress, ask questions and communicate with us. This ensures transparency and regular ongoing communication.

We engaged Indepth Building Solutions to build a deck onto the back of our house last year. Ruairi worked with us closely during the design process and we valued his advice and ideas on how to get the best final product. He was clear about costs and also suggested some ways to save on costs (but not on quality). Ruairi managed contractors well and kept us informed of the next steps and timeframes. Before we started on our extensions and renovations we had heard lots of horror stories from our friends about builders, but sitting here now in our new extensions now I can confidently say that working with you was a pleasure and I would recommend you to anyone.
I liked your intelligence, which meant that you were able to translate the ideas of our architect into built reality with economy and efficiency. I liked your ability to think ahead and strategise, which meant the project got finished quickly, and even came in at less than we had expected, which must be some kind of first. I liked your attention to detail, which meant that you picked up on crucial things which nobody else involved would have, no doubt saving us future headaches. I liked your aptitude with the 'fiddly bits', which meant that our project has a distinctive and elegant look, not a generic 'off the shelf look'. I liked your communication skills, not only with us, but with our neighbours, which meant we are all still friends. I liked the fact that you seem to be the centre of a large network of reliable and quality tradies and suppliers. I liked the fact that you 'got us' and we could be very comfortable with your advice. But most of all I like the finished product.

Ruairi Taylor did a magnificent job converting a dilapidated studio in the backyard into a comfortable room. Nothing was too much trouble. He suggested extra touches that didn't cost much more, but made a substantial difference to the outcome. Overall, it was a small investment for a big result. Thanks a lot Ruairi.

Ruairi from Indepth Building Solutions renovated our main bathroom and ensuite in late 2014. Unlike a lot of builders we’d dealt with before, Ruairi spent a lot of time with us talking and walking through our plans and making suggestions to ensure we got the best possible outcome. Importantly for us there were no surprises as he communicated with us every step of the way. The quality of the work was second–to-none and he didn’t take any shortcuts.
